What the estimate means
The surgeon-fee ranges come from the ASPS 2024 procedural statistics: $3,000–$5,500 for upper blepharoplasty and $3,709–$6,500 for lower blepharoplasty.
Those ranges are aggregate projections from surveyed member surgeons. They are not all-in totals and do not establish a local market price. The combined benchmark adds the two national ranges; a real combined-procedure fee may not be a simple sum.
The facility, anesthesia, testing, and prescription fields are editable assumptions. Replace them with the exact inclusions and exclusions from each practice.
Compare the exact proposed procedure with the upper-eyelid guide or lower-eyelid guide, then use the quote-comparison walkthrough to normalize each written offer.
Questions every written quote should answer
- Which procedure and eyelids are included?
- Are surgeon, facility, and anesthesia fees separated?
- Are pre-op testing, prescriptions, and follow-ups included?
- What happens if the operative plan changes?
- What is the revision policy and what costs could remain?
