SurgeryViz is an informational planning tool. Treatment decisions still belong with a qualified medical professional.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use SurgeryViz. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to upload the images and materials you submit.
SurgeryViz currently offers a one-time digital purchase of $29.99 for access to an unlocked report and saved assessment materials tied to the purchased run or associated account.
Prices, payment methods, and availability may change before checkout is completed. Access may be delayed, suspended, or revoked if a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise not successfully settled.
You retain ownership of the images and other content you upload. By submitting that content, you grant SurgeryViz a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, reproduce, and display it only as necessary to provide the assessment, save results, prevent abuse, and support your account or purchase.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for the content you submit and that your uploads do not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights of any person or entity.
SurgeryViz provides informational visualizations and plain-language planning notes only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, a medical device, or a guarantee of any surgical or nonsurgical outcome.
The service cannot account for an in-person examination, medical history, healing variability, surgical technique, or provider judgment. Decisions about treatment should always be made with a qualified medical professional.
SurgeryViz may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including to improve performance, address security concerns, comply with law, or change product scope. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, outages, or circumstances outside SurgeryViz control.
SurgeryViz may also revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurgeryViz and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, medical decisions, or treatment outcomes arising from or related to use of the service.
If SurgeryViz is found liable for a claim related to the paid service, the maximum total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific purchase that gave rise to the claim.
Questions about these terms, account access, or a potential violation should be sent to support@surgeryviz.com. SurgeryViz may enforce these terms to protect the service, its users, and its business operations.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
