What do prospective eyelid-surgery patients misunderstand?

This four-question anonymous survey measures decision language and uncertainty. It does not collect names, emails, photographs, free text, IP addresses, diagnoses, or medical records.

Published methodology

Population: Self-selected adult visitors researching eyelid surgery. Results will not be generalized to all patients.
Deduplication: One response per anonymous browser token. The token is not used across other SurgeryViz activity.
Publication threshold: No findings before 100 valid responses. We will report sample size, dates, recruitment channels, exclusions, and every response option.
Exclusions: Incomplete submissions, automated honeypot submissions, duplicate tokens, and malformed response values.
Version: Questionnaire and analysis plan dated July 14, 2026. Material changes create a new version rather than silently altering this one.
